[修課規定] 1.總畢業學分數至少220學分，其中必修177學分，系訂選修43學分;選修學分至少二分之一學分須在本系修習。
To be eligible for graduation, students must have earned a minimum of 220 credits, including 177 required credits and 43 elective credits. At least one-half of the elective credits must be taken in the department.
2.每學期修業學分最少～最多：第1~3學年20~32學分，第4~5學年12~28學分。
The range of credits per semester is 20–32 for the first three academic years and 12–28 for the fourth and fifth years.
3.修習本科或他科課程時，請勿重複修習已修習過之課程或未上規劃之課程，否則該課程不予認列學分數。
Courses previously completed or not officially approved as part of the department’s curriculum will not be recognized as graduation credits.
4.本系學生於畢業前，必須符合下列校/系訂畢業門檻規範：
Prior to graduation, students must meet the following university/departmental graduation thresholds:
(1) 通過系訂英語能力檢定，相關規定請參照「致理科技大學英語能力檢定實施辦法」，以及本系「英語能力檢定實施要點」。
(1) Please refer to the “Implementation Rules for the English Proficiency Test Program of Chihlee University of Technology,” and the department’s “Implementation Directives for English Proficiency Tests” for the requirements for passing the departmental English proficiency exams.
(2) 通過系訂專業能力檢定，相關規定請參照本系「專業能力檢定實施要點」。
(2) Pass the department-specific professional competency test, as detailed in the department’s “Implementation Directives for the Professional Competency Test.”
(3) 通過勞動部「國貿業務丙級檢定」或「國貿大會考」，未通過者不具畢業資格。
(3) Pass the Ministry of Labor's “International Trade Management Class C Technician Certification Test” or “International Trade Certification Examination ”; those who fail to do so will not be eligible for graduation.
(4) 通過系訂中文輸入檢定，相關規定請參照本系「中文輸入檢定實施要點」。
(4) Pass the department-specific Chinese typing test. Please refer to the Department's “Implementation Directives for the Chinese Typing Test” for the requirements.
(5) 通過校訂「學術倫理教育」課程，相關規定請參照本校「學術倫理教育課程實施要點」。
(5) Complete the “Academic Ethics Education” program, as detailed in the University’s “Implementation Directives for the Academic Ethics Education Program” for the relevant regulations.
5.語文類得認列之選修學分上限為6學分。
The maximum number of elective credits that can be recognized for language courses is six (6) credits.
6.「國際商務綜合實習」課程於專四、專五開設，得認列之選修學分上限為6學分。
The “Integrated International Business Internship” program is offered in the fourth and fifth years in junior college, and the maximum number of elective credits to be recognized is six credits.
7.本應修科目表學分欄為括弧()者，則表示該學分不計入畢業學分數。
