教學目標：
This is an introductory course which explores the basic issues in connection with effective oral communication and skills in business settings. The emphasis is on oral rather than written work.
Students are responsible for attendance and for obtaining the notes, and coming with the notes to each class.
Attendance and punctuality are crucial. Students may be absent without excuse five (5) times. The sixth will mean the student’s failure for the entire course (the student will receive a failing grade). Students may be late up to ten (10) minutes from the start of each class session (Please notice, there are two sessions in every meeting).
Material will be provided by the instructor.
